Walks, weird allergies, and a little whine with that cheese
I am 1 week out from a double mastectomy and feel pretty darn good. Good enough that sitting in my now despised recliner kept just for recovery puposes is is driving me nuts. So, it is a blustery beautiful evening here in Michigan and I decide to go for a leisurely walk. It feels great! Right up until the point I realized that I had not taken my allergy meds and was breaking out head to toe in hives from my vibration allergry. Yep, you read that right. Vibration. I can't walk a quarter mile, mow the lawn, pretty much any normal type of movement without breaking out in hive. This time sucked though, as I was on the opposite end of my sub when I realized it, so just had to trudge the rest of the way an itchy hivey mess. But, the walk itself was a slice of awesome pie and just as soon as these hives simmer down I am looking forward to going out again. Sorry about the whine, and I lied about the cheese.

You solved a mystery for me. In college, every evening after I walked or ran, I had horrendous hives from head to toe. They stopped a few years later. I bet that was the same thing!
Hope it goes away for you too!
