I've not really had anything that I'd call a stall since surgery 10 weeks ago, but over the weekend my weight was stubborn.  And it's funny - I KNOW the reason.  I added a lot of fitness classes to my life, I was a little constipated.  I KNOW how weight loss goes and that no one loses consistently every single day for a year.  I KNOW these things!!  

But you know?  Damned if my brain didn't say, "YOU'RE A FAILURE.  YOU WILL NEVER LOSE ANOTHER POUND.  YOU FAIL FATTY!!!"  

I hate my brain.  I totally get the nerves.
