I swore to myself I wouldn't....
I swore I wouldn't be one of those people who posted about stalls. But as more and more time goes by, I am starting to get nervous... Especially bc I am staying on plan. I am getting enough water, protein, lower carbs, etc. I am 8.5 weeks out and have been within the same pound for 2.5 weeks now. I had been losing pretty steadily until then. So...I am wondering if Anyone else has experienced this around weeks 6-8? I sure would love to hear about it! Thanks!

YES! me me me!! I said the same thing! That I wouldn't be one to complain ect.. well, I did.. lol
I went through stalls twice and both lasted about 2.5 weeks!
But here I am still losing : ) you will get through it, it sucks... but it will pass! Good luck : )
If you are sure that you are on plan, you have nothing to worry about, you will lose again and soon. I had stalls of that duration and then I lost large amounts of weight all at once. I wish that this happens to you starting tomorrow morning. I sprinkling the magic weight loss dust as we speak. :)
On a lighter note, I would post about a stall and the stall would often break the very next day.
Yes. I did. I am now about 9.5 weeks and it has been coming down fast this week. Stalls are so frustrating!

Yes, it happens. Even if you stay on plan. Even if you keep the calories low and the carbs low and do everything right. I think our bodies just need some time to re-arrange and adjust to the weight loss. If you are eating less calories than you need, your body has to be burning fat, even if the scale doesn't show the loss. Keep the faith and stick to plan and don't let it get you down. I know this is easier said than done, but in the long run the stalls don't matter.
best wishes,
Carol

Hi: Stalls are normal, I had one for 4 weeks, now back to losing again, don't worry be happy. Oh, yes don't weigh yourself everyday, it will drive you nuts. Drink, eat, workout, walk and rest you'll do fine. Be Happy. 88 Lou
I've been weighing myself daily since a week post-surgery and it definitely doesn't drive me nuts. The important thing to do is to pay attention to the overall trend of your weight instead of day to day fluctuations. If you can just treat the number on the scale as another data point in your life, it's a very useful bit of data to have!

Ugg you just described me! This is week 3 and been weighing daily. No weight loss for about 3-4 days now. Im struggling with water and protein. I need to get it together but I just seem to keep missing the targets. I can eat 1/4 of a cup at a time and many dense proteins make me feel sick and in a food coma…. Today my sleeve is very yucky, gurgle, gassy….I'll keep working on it.
