I woke up today weighing 185 lbs putting me at a BMI of 29.9...

I'M OVERWEIGHT! !

I am so ecstatic to be out of the obese category :-D I don't think I ever remember a time when the doctor said I was anything but obese, morbidly obese, level 3 obese, etc. I can't wait for my next physical :-)

Aww thank you! I'm trying to get ready for it. I even stopped my ice cream craving by making a protein/almond milk shake tonight. Baby steps! Lol.
