Are You Focusing on Your Legs?

When you work out do you make sure to work your legs extra hard?

If you aren't you need to be.

Why? You ask!

The largest muscles in your body are your ham strings, your quadriceps, your calf muscles and your glutes. These muscles take far more calories to work than say your arms. Your exercise routine should include lots of leg work. Not only does it burn more calories but as those muscles become stronger and more lean you will burn more calories at rest. Win-Win!

My hamstrings are so freaking tight, that they hamper a lot of the standard workout and pilates moves. That's what happens when you work a computer job. So I actually have been focusing on flexibility there. My ability to leg press is phenomenal--not surprising when you consider that my legs have been carrying around 300+ pounds for several years.

I've been focusing on my legs.... Since most of my weight is... was?... is or was IDK lol I have troubles with the mirror - on my thighs/buttocks... Anywho, dance dance dance (I was running but I had to stop), and pretty much anything that helps me with my legs. I feel the burn way better when I focus there, but I want those babies to look more "normal".
