Question about alcohol
Ok so I go on vacation on Aug 20th... A cruise we go every year ..and every year in drink and i mean alot .... I don't drink all year long just on a cruise when I say alot I mean 4 to 5 drinks a day... (8 day cruise) ok so I know I can't nor do I want to drink that much at all... but I'm sure I'll want a drink or 2 while on an 8 day cruise.... so I was wondering I want to start at home and have one so it's not my first drink while in the Carribean sun on a cruise ship.. but what should I have???? Rum and coke is out no soda fruit juice is out ... if I drink it straight I may as well just sleep the whole cruise away.... what about wine???? I usually drink tequila ...my favorite is margarita .... sound sill but I could use some help with this one ...
Ps. I don't have a drinking problem I only drink 1 week a year ... on my vacation that's it...

I have had Margarita's and I do drink red wine a few times a week. I have had a few other things like Pina Colada and wine coolers on occasion. I have been stable at my goal for 3 years so once in a while I will drink a fancy drink. However, it really affects me quicker and I can't drink as much as before (I wasn't much of a drinker before, either). Once I had one glass of wine and watched the room tip over! I barely made it out of the room. Drink it slowly and remember you can't eat with it so you most likely will be drinking on an empty stomach. Enjoy your cruise.
