Constipation
Only had an issue with this way back when I was trying to keep carbs to 40. 2 Colace at night, Milk of magnesia at least every other day. Once I put carbs back in the diet Fiber One cereal with unsweetened Almond milk or flax milk and some veggies and fruit during the day. Best option though was the Fiber One cereal- works great.

Benefiber Sugar Free - that stuff has changed my life (and my college aged son's). You can put it in anything. No flavor, no grit, no nothing! Super good for you. Easy on the body. I like mine in plain hot tea in the morning, but if i put it in my ice water, i wouldn't be able to tell it was there. :) Good luck
