geting ahead of myself
So i know im only 1 week out and still limited in physical activity, but!!!!!! My biggest concern is toning while I lose to avoid further surgeries or wearing long sleeves. I'm not one to ever show a lot of skin but I would like to where a tank top one day and feel ok. Any tips suggestions on exercises to do as you go along?
Loose skin is a fact of life. If you're going to have it, you're going to have it and there's nothing at all you can do to prevent it. Sad, eh? :/
