geting ahead of myself

So i know im only 1 week out and still limited in physical activity,  but!!!!!! My biggest concern is toning while I lose to avoid further surgeries or wearing long sleeves. I'm not one to ever show a lot of skin but I would like to where a tank top one day and feel ok. Any tips suggestions on exercises to do as you go along?

I was able to work my arms with two 5 pound weights as my limit was 10 pounds.  For me it didn't help the skin, just the muscle as I had yo-yoed all my life and was to big too long.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

Muscle is equally important I may come up against the same challenge I've been bigger for 9 years now. Ultimately I just want to be healthy the rest will just be a perk ...thanks for the tip.

Loose skin is a fact of life.  If you're going to have it, you're going to have it and there's nothing at all you can do to prevent it.  Sad, eh? :/
