Hi all! It has been a long time since I posted. I apologize about that. I met a lady from OH that lives near me in real life, so we became friends. She had her surgery in August of last year, but never lost more than 40 pounds. She did not follow the lifestyle eating changes at all. And once I passed 40 pounds, she became very bitter and jealous at me. I felt incredibly guilty and even BAD as I kept losing weight! Well, thankfully she is out of my life now, so I can finally enjoy and embrace my weight loss! As of today, I have lost 100 pounds! I never, ever imagined that would be possible. I can't believe I only have 10 more pounds until I hit my goal, and then I am sure I will even be able to lose more than that. It really is remarkable. Please, please do not let anyone bring you down! I am so happy that i was still able to keep on track and get my weight off even with this dark cloud over my shoulder. I fell so good now, my body is not in constant pain, and I am not obsessed or controlled by food anymore. I'm so happy!

So, here I am 2 days before my surgery, I look so sad :-(

And now here I am about 2 weeks ago! Much happier!

If I can do it, you can do it! Just remember to be proud, and don't let any "Debbie Downers" ruin it for you. Be proud and embrace your new life!

If we all liked the same things, what fun would life be?

Awesome job! You look Fabulous! Yep, those Debbie Downers can just stick it where the sun don't shine! Don't let ANYBODY rain on your parade...we all make choices every day and that's what gets us where we are. She made choices too, but it sounds like she didn't make the right ones. Way to Go!
