Great new protein bar

I'm in love...

I enjoy the PowerCrunch protein bars because they are more cookie-like than the typical protein bar.  Today I went in GNC and found that they have more flavors!  I tried a chocolate mint, and it was awesome!  Tasted just like Girl Scout Thin Mints!!

I immediately went on Amazon and ordered a case.  GNC is way too expensive for me to buy them there.  I have a peanut butter fudge flavored bar saved for later in the week, hopefully it will be just as tasty.

Varies a little from flavor to flavor, but generally 200 calories, 8-10 carbs and 12-14 grams of protein.

I saw those in Eggface's bento box lunch one day and found them at Walmart. I've tried the chocolate and peanut butter creme. Pretty good, but def a special treat. I'll only eat half at a time.

I have tried these too.  If you're going to eat a protein bar these are a better deal carb-wise (only 10 grams) and they are cheaper than Quest bars.  The guy at GNC told me to put the chocolate mint one in the freezer so I may try that out.  I can attest to the peanut butter fudge being delicious.

Alas, they are like every other protein bar in that they are "candy bars" to my brain and body.  I'm not the person who can keep them on hand just for emergencies or a once-in-awhile treat.  I want them every single day!

The only thing I don't like about them is that they are crumbly and with every bite there's tiny little bits that go flying.
