SV and New pup!
Let's start with a break through! I am finally in the 180's! Hit 189.5 this morning. My 1 year goal is 185 and I have until 9/12 to get there. I have lost a total of 130 lbs with 90 lbs since surgery.
More exciting is my new pup. He is 9 months old and wired for agility. Now that I am faster, I am ready for a fast driven dog. I think I found that. I am a bit crazy taking on another one but life is to short to not go for it. I was lucky to get him. He is a Bi-Blue sheltie that went over sized.
I am sooooo glad I put my fears aside and had this surgery. If you are on the fence, go for it. It truly is life changing!
Congrats on being soooo very close to goal! And on the new pup too! He'll keep you running, that's for sure!
