Do I feel hungry?

I'm 3.5 weeks out and I feel like I feel hungry.  I know I'm not supposed to feel hungry, so I'm wondering if I'm feeling something else.  Does anyone have any ideas?

This might not make a lot of sense but are you taking your PPIs?  it was explained to me that the acid in the stomach give you a hollow feeling in the stomach and we very often   feel it is hunger and eat and eat which actually makes us feel better.   My doctor explained that sometimes doubling the dosage  of the PPIs magically takes care of hunger.

I have been taking pepcid but maybe I'll try two.  Thanks! 

Also good to remember that when you are dehydrated it can present itself as hunger as well , so sip sip sip!!!
