Yogurt is very easy to eat. Once you get to eating dense protein you probably won't be able to eat 5 ounces or anywhere close to that.

It took months before I could add some veggies to my diet.  At first it was all protein.  And the problem with all protein is that it gets boring! I was so happy to have room to include some veggie.  I've never seen anyone as happy about fried cabbage or mashed cauliflower as I was when I could eat them again! hehehe

It also took me months to get in anything but protein... I wish I could go back ..lol don't over do it remember what frisco says under eat your sleeve... good luck to you !!!:-)
