Pre op, broken wrist and no allowed physical activity.
Man, that sucks!
Luckily weight loss is probably 90-95% diet and only a teeny part exercise - exercise is certainly good for overall health, but when it comes to weight loss diet is really the thing that matters. So, you're in luck, since this really won't impact your ability to lose weight pre-op.
Stick to a good way of eating and you'll be fine :)
Do you know why you can't even walk? That seems strange to me!

Walking is okay and thats what I'll stat doing in a week but he said my bone is so close to slipping entirely and needing surgery they did the best they could without surgery. But my main concer is the strength I build up I went from only tolerating 5 minutes to 2 hours now I can't do that and I'm aftaid my body will forget :(.
At least you can still walk :D And, for what it's worth, you probably won't have to start back completely at square 1 when you can start exercising again. Injuries suck big time, but letting yourself heal is so important - you've done great things already, you'll be able to get back there AND BEYOND!! once you've healed.
