Here it's COLD!  I broke out a winter jacket today.  I almost wore a turtleneck sweater too, but decided that should wait until we are legitimately in fall.

B - chike, coffee

L - taco salad

S - greek yogurt w/ blueberries

D - korean steak w/ brussel sprouts (or green beans)

S - ?

E - 3 mile run (24:03!!) & 10 mins stair climber

W - on track

Cold here too, and in MI. Turn on our pellet stove today. and had a bowl of chili! :)

First time in a while I am saying UGH MONDAY!

B Premier chocolate shake with berries and banana

L premier chocolate shake with greek yogurt mixed

D Stuffed pepper

 

Yeah, not allowed to eat anything more than 2 shakes and 1 meal a day. Been stalled for 5 or 6 months and it's horrible. NUT says try this for a few weeks. Kill me please.
