We all had confidence enough to decide to lose weight. Don't second guess your choices. Because someone else is doing something you aren't....don't add or incorporate their regime to yours. Stay on your path.

i was just thinking about the list these docs give us for our clear liquid...liquid and puréed diets. The measuring cups,...utensils...blah blah...remember the extra stuff are just guidelines. The Nut made me more self aware of my eating habits before surgery. Things like sipping instead of gulping. These are the essentials. Not whether or not you bought gourmet set of strainers to strain that .79 can of cream of chicken soup or if you prefer buying your protein powder from Walmart as opposed to GNC

again...how we get there is gonna be somewhat different...but our goals are the same.
