Probably TMI - Question for Unjury Users

6 years out, trying to get back on track.  I've been drinking an Unjury shake (mixed with milk) once daily for the past 2ish weeks.  Not kidding, every single day since, I have had horrible diarrhea.  If I skip the shake, no bathroom issues (I am usually a "slow mover").

Has anyone else experienced this, consistently with Unjury?  I used it when I had my sleeve 6 years ago, no problem.  Had my gb out less than a year out, and after that, I couldn't use Unjury because it caused extremely painful gas.  Don't have that issue now, but just the explosions.  Honestly, this issue is better than the gas - that hurt so much!

I can't use Unjury since their sweet powders all have fructose as an ingredient.  Are you sensitive to it, perhaps?

I have no idea - ?  How did you learn of your sensitivity?

Trial and error :/  It's called "fructose malabsorption" if you want to google it, the wiki article is pretty good.

maybe it is the milk more than the powder. Have you tried it with almond milk?

Whey protein of all kinds gives me horrible gas, as does regular milk -- so for me it would be a double whammy.

If you're trying to increase your protein and want to shy away from whey - try egg-white protein.

I've used Unjury since Day One and have never had that problem.  However, mixing it with milk upsets my tummy a bit so I only use almond milk with it now.  Problem solved...

I love unjury. It's the only protein that keeps my hair from falling out. Can use with water or Lactaid milk. Reg milk and almond milk give the runs.

I too have used it form the beginning. I use the unflavored as I can't tolerate anything flavored.  I mix with coconut milk.  Have never had an issue with stomach upset.
