The holidays are coming!
I just have to do this for my own accountability factor - I REFUSE to allow the holidays to get me off track this year. Usually October through the first part of January is a total FOOD FEST, and I want to commit to everyone on this board that I am not going to use that as an excuse to get off track. My plan is to enjoy an indulgence on each special day, but the rest of the time I am going to eat just like I normally do (well, the NEW norm).
I am uncertain at this point where my body is headed in terms of losing, as I have already surpassed my initial goal, and my commitment at this point is just to let it ride for a while and see where I go from here. I'm still losing, but it does seem to be slowing down considerably. Whether I lose or not is something I'm open to allowing to flow as it does. But, I will NOT gain weight over the holidays and consider it a "free for all." This whole process is worth too much to me to let it go for that reason!
Anyone else wanna join me in that commitment?
