Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Saturday
Yay weekend! Our farmers market is winding down for the year so we said goodbye to a few of our farmers this morning. I'm already looking forward to next May when I'll be able to see them again. I'm also looking forward to some quality relaxation time today, something I haven't had a chance to do in way too many weeks. And it's only noon! Lots of quality relaxation time!

The cabbage goes in raw. It wilts some from the heat of the other ingredients.
I got a gorgeous head of cabbage from the farmers market today, so I'm excited about this!

I'm tend to struggle on the weekends to stay on plan and exercise so I am posting in order to commit myself to being good today!

Crap, I cut and paste my post from the other thread here.....then tried again to delete the other post and looks like I deleted my post on this thread. UGHHHH!! Here I go, again......
I'm trying to be really diligent with my tracking on MFP. I decided to add "Miscellaneous" to "My Meals" -- I logged it as 100 calories, 10 carbs, 0 protein. I did that to safeguard myself. I usually have one or two hot cups of tea with a little bit of milk during the day, and sometimes my daughter will want me to "taste this" -- I try to discourage her, telling her when I say "No, thank you", I mean NO. She usually will be ok with the No answer, but every once in a while I will have A Bite of whatever she's eating.
So today I'm have the Florentine fish I was going to make yesterday - it's already prepped and waiting in the fridge.
