Two Years in Maintenance... An update
Congratulations! You're such an inspiration, what a great story. I also like to bike ride, but mostly I've done it at the gym. I did recently bring my old Nishiki bike in for a tuneup & bigger i.e more comfortable seat.
Your bike looks great! Do you have an exercise bike for the house too or do you only ride outdoors? I've been looking to get a nice bike for the house, but the only ones I like have been the ones at the gym. I've been gawking at a bike online but it costs a few grand, what did you ride when you couldn't go out?

I have an indoor "trainer" that I mount my regular bike to. It's computer controlled and I can sync it with videos - the computer then controls the resistance and allows me to design workouts or use prebuilt workouts that go along with the video.
