A Little Computer Help please ~

VSG on 12/08/14

I've looked all over and can't figure out how to add my VSG, date and Dr. to the top of my page next to my avatar. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Kim

in the top right of your browser, click on the down arrow next to MY OH. The second one from the bottom of the menu is Medical History, you can add your surgery there. You can add multiple surgeries and set one as your primary surgery, only one will show at a time.
