Worried about work interference

I'm a nurse and work 13 hour days. I keep a lot of staple foods in my fridge and cook proteins on my days off. I keep cheese sticks, light Greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs, beef jerky, and protein packets in my car, work bag, and in the fridge. Then I make proteins and mix it up for my meals. Or buy a rotisserie chicken and jazz it up. One day I'll have it with herbs, olive oil, and cheese, the next I'll have it with buffalo sauce or marinara and cheese. Just have a game plan and extra food around :-)
