I would think you could use your regular creamer if you want..

At three weeks out I was told I could use my regular liquid creamer.

I was told that I can use my coffee creamer as long as it was fat free, light, or sugar free. I settled for the fat-free. Good luck

I use Premier Protein rtd for coffee creamer.

Cindy, I was going to post the same exact thing.  I Love  the vanilla in my coffee as my creamer.  When I am done with my coffee I finish off the protein drink.

I would use half & half or light cream unless you have a problem with dairy. Fat is your friend, and Coffee Mate's ingredient list is nuts:

  1. Ingredients
    • corn syrup solids.
    • vegetable oil (including partially hydrogenated soybean and/or cottonseed oil)
    • sodium caseinate.
    • dipotassium phosphate.
    • mono- and diglycerides.
    • sodium aluminosilicate.
    • artificial flavor.
    • annatto color.
