The dreaded stall...

So I have known for a long time that this was coming and I thought I wouldn't let it worry me.  For the most part it doesn't worry me...but...there's that little voice in the back of my head that says you've failed once again...

I am 6 weeks out and this is my first week I haven't lost.  In the past this is where I would get discouraged and "cheat" but I'm not cheating myself out of this one.  I will stick to the plan and the payoff will come when I see the numbers on the scale drop.

A lot of people on here also say to take measurements because some see their measurement numbers going down even as the scale isn't moving.  Your diligence will pay off!  Keep up the good fight!

Stalls will always suck, but you've got a great attitude.  Keep at it, stick to your plan, and you will reach your goals!

Thanks!

I have been taking measurements and I'm hoping that next week's measurements show some real changes.
