I am so terribly sorry to hear this. I have a dad just like that. They're amazing, They guide us and show us strength. How lucky are you to have had a man like that in your life. Please know that on some level, he knows. He will see it Maybe every victory you get along the way will make it that much more amazing because you have him on your side.

Thinking of you!

I am so, so very sorry.  This must be such a difficult time for you.  :(  You're in my prayers.  Your father is still watching, as you said... and I think you'll even still have many moments when you feel he's right beside you.

I'm sorry to hear of your dad's passing. It is always very hard to lose a loved one, especially one that has been there for you every step of the way. I am sure that he is still rooting for you to succeed! My fathers words and advice stick in my head and he was one of the reasons I chose to have VSG, even though he passed away almost 10 years ago. Though we were not close, as you and your father seem to have been, my father still influences me. Despite being gone from this earth, nothing or anyone ever really goes away. Bless you and huge hugs sent your way.

~Angela
