Im so frustrated! What am i doing wrong?!!!

I thought i was pretty much back on tract but im up 1.6 pounds from yesterday. How can that even be?  These last few pounds are tough to lose. I started february 1st at 133 lbs and today im at 134.2!  I was at 132.6 yesterday!!!!!

The scale goes up and down constantly.  Try not to obsess over it.  

 

What are you eating, drinking, doing for exercise?

We're almost identical in weight loss! I was at 137 for about 3 weeks and just when I thought that's where I would probably stay I started to lose again, 5 pounds in the last week and a half. I've done nothing different, just started losing again. I'm hoping it keeps up until I reach goal. It seems a lot harder to be patient now than when I had 80 pounds to lose!

Day to day fluctuations are a punk. Try using TrendWeight or only weighing yourself weekly.

Oh my gosh - at this weight you absolutely CANNOT stress out about the scale fluctuating a few pounds up and down.  It will do that constantly and for a dozen different reasons.  Not sure what your "goal range" is but you just have to keep walking the right path and know that you'll get there.  But please understand it's going to be a helluva lot slower progress than you're used to.

I know fluctuations sre normal but never had a +1.6 over night like that. Just frustrsted because i haven't loss anything since January! My gial weight is 120-125. Im short sonthat eouls be a good weight for me. I'm 5'1.5"
