Ugh -- I have been sick for DAYS! now.  I'm really sick of it.  That combined w/ snow during the commute I am working / resting from home today.  I'm going to try to keep the menu similar to a workday menu rather than taking advantage of the kitchen access.  

B - chike

S - coffee, yogurt & berries

L - chicken cordon blue casserole

S - apple w/ pb2

D - turkey burger w/ sweet potatoes & brussel sprouts

S - orange & nuts

W - on track

V - later

E - none...

Stacy, sure hope you feel better soon.  Central Texas weather is wonderful today.  75 degrees and sunny!  I am going to do my exercise outside today.  

 

B: Decaf coffee with a splash of Premier Protein, 1 egg

S: Strawberry protein smoothie

L: Black beans with taco seasoning and cheddar

S: Oikos Triple Zero yogurt

D: Ground Turkey with soy sauce, brown rice & mixed veggies

W & V: on track

E: long walk to the park and back

L:  feel like I've already eaten alot so a salad with tuna

D:  husband is home making spaghetti and meatballs with frozen garden tomatoes :p

S:  it's my birthday, so maybe a treat! 

E:  it's flippin cold here and not a zumba day, so probably not

We had an amazing weekend.  We went to Denver (about 6 hour drive) to see Garth Brooks in concert!  We also ate amazing food, so I was surprised this morning when I had actually lost a half a pound over the weekend.  I didn't eat much, but I ate a few things that I wouldn't normally.  But, it was awesome and worth it!!

B: yogurt and granola

L: leftover "Naked" burrito

D: garlic rosemary chicken 

W: behind because I left my water bottle in the car and didn't notice until I was very thirsty.

V: on track.  I was taking them all in the morning but I learned that magnesium can help a person sleep, so I'm taking it and calcium at night now.

E: I'll do that this evening.  A walk with the family and hopefully my husband is going to join me with push ups, sit ups and some other exercises.

L-taco salad w/cottage cheese melted in

S-1/2 Quest Smore bar

D-sushi! hooray-my favorite food ever!

W-upped it to 12 cups/day, hopefully I don't drown
