I'm going on vacation on Saturday :) and planning to work from home tomorrow -- so today is my last day in the office for over a week whoop whoop! 

What's on the menu today?

B - chike, orange

S - coffee, fage

L - chicken cordon blue casserole 

S - yogurt w/ berries

D - whatever he makes for me :)

S - ??

W - on track

V - later

E - light elliptical & yoga

Yay for vacation!!  We're planning a big one for the end of May and I'm super excited.  I hit a major milestone yesterday...I am finally no longer overweight!!  I thought I hit this milestone a few weeks ago but then I realized I'm actually an inch shorter than I thought. :-/  So NOW at 5'6 and 153 I have a normal BMI!

B: leftover steak

L: ?? probably leftover burrito fixings

D: garlic rosemary chicken

W: already behind :(

V: on track

E: later tonight.  My hubby has started exercising with me!  He is getting a little frustrated because he feels like he is getting fatter as I get skinnier.

That is a great milestone to achieve. I can hardly wait until I am there too. I think it's fantastic that you hubby is exercising with you. What a great way to spend time together and encourage each other too!

Thanks!  The poor guy has a pretty messed up shoulder, so he is kind of limited.  We've been doing sit ups and push ups and jumping jacks.  Tonight we are going to start walking after work.  It is hard because we have two little kids that need to eat dinner, do homework, and be in bed by 7.  We own our own business, so although we close at 5, we don't always leave at 5.  Anyway, it is really helping my exercise routine!

I'm desperate for a vacation and non in sight!

B:  steel cut oats

S:  few animal crackers

L:  working at home...opens up a whole new level of possibilities!!  Maybe leftover meatballs

D:  chinese buffet - going to stick to meat/veg dishes and try to stay away from battered/fried stuff

V: Just walked the pups!  Will try again before the rain comes in

E - None tonight, second follow up with my surgeon & hair appointment....and I have to bake for my best friends bday tomorrow! Bed time will be late tonight!

I start vacation tomorrow. I am incredibly excited, even if I have been very busy this week trying to get everything wrapped up before I am out of the office. 

B: 2 Leftover Pizza Egg bites & Starbucks lite mocha frappacino (not at the same time)

L: TBD. Team activity today and I'm not 100% certain where we are going. 

S: I just realized that I forgot my mid-afternoon snack at home today. Dangit!

D: Mozzarella and Prosciutto stuffed chicken breast. 

S: Protein Shake

W&V: On track

E: Fitness class tonight and i would also like to get in a walk today if possible.

If you haven't ever checked out Eggface's Blog then you should give it a whirl. She has a bunch of recipes for egg bites (crustless quiches). You make them in a mini-muffin pan and they are a perfect size for snacks or easy meals.

Breakfast - stuffed green pepper

Lunch1 - buffalo chicken and wheat thins - boy, I love my carbs!

Lunch2 - chicken and broccoli

Dinner - ginger beef with spinach and mushrooms - yum

vitamins - good

water - ok

exercise - I did my weight training this morning and will be using my recumbent bike soon.
