My 3 week long stall is over!

VSG on 12/11/14

I am 5 months post-op and have had a few little stalls but recently I went through 3 weeks where I lost NOTHING! I tried to remain patient and not freak out and finally, 3 days ago, I started losing again and now I can confidently say, my stall is over! Thank goodness. The other good news is, although I lost nothing for that time, i dropped down from a size 14 to a size 12!

Congrats on staying patient and sane during the stall. In my experience that mental game during stalls is the hardest part. A size 12?? Wow! Way to go!
