I'd go for the chicken. That cider gastrique sounds really good. Maybe have them do extra greens and leave off the potatoes if you don't do potatoes. :D

The slider trio looks delicious. And scotch eggs - I might get those because I've never had them and always wondered.

Steak bravas - since I freaking LOVE skirt steak. It's my favorite cut of cow by far.

The icarus lamb burger also looks awesome.

Ditto! I've never met a lamb I didn't like.

I'm a sucker for crab cakes too, though. Probably because I'm a displaced Pacific NW'er and I never get to have them!
