6 months post-op and so happy

VSG on 12/11/14

I am now 6 months post-op! My high weight was 257. My surgery weight was 242. This morning the scale read 169! I was in a size 20 pre-surgery and am in a size 10 today. The best part? At 169, my BMI is now 29.9. I am no longer obese!!! Being overweight never felt so great! My next goal is to have a normal BMI. For the first time, I feel like I can actually do this.

I am so thankful for this forum and the wonderful information and support I have found here.
