My VSG date is 8/27. In nervous and very excited. Truly anticipating this journey I'm about to embark on. Just have to make it through this liquid diet. Its really rough!!!!

The pre-op diet and week after surgery are the worst you will go through. Just know that it will get better. You got this. Good luck!
