Help me out fellow sleevers!

I have been using Tera's Whey bourbon vanilla and dark chocolate mixed with skim milk. It was really important to me to try to find some without artificial sweeteners. They use stevia leaf as the sweetener instead of aspartame or sucralose. I also enjoyed the Unjury chicken soup for the savory taste as others have mentioned.

I bought vanilla bariatric advantage $77 for 32 servings from Dr office it has 27 gram of protein per 2scoop/8 oz serving. if u chug it it'd not bad, but if you allow it to sit it turns into cement and is extremely hard to drink. I also went to costco and got premier protein it's in a case of 18 for $24. these are premade, thin and taste good. they have 30 gr of protein compared to the stuff from dr. my broth was Campbell low sodium soup one small can is two servings just add water. the day b4 surgery I had misogyny soup from a sushi restaurant. I only had the broth but it was good.

both shakes only have 1 gram of suger. remember look for shakes under 1 gram of suger and over 24 gr of protein.

Like a lot of others I prefer the premier chocolate protein shakes - they're not to sweet and not too chalky. I can't handle the powders - I find them disgusting. My nutritionist told me to use 3/4-1 cup of Greek yogurt in a smoothie instead. Same amt of protein and tastes way better (plus added benefit of probiotics).
