Unjury Chocolate Splendor and Chicken Soup flavors. Both are awesome! You can order samples at http://www.unjury.com/

Hi Smiley I had a sleeve done on Oct 13. I found a tasty protein shake called Met-RX 51. It has 51 grams of protein per 15 oz can. I did not use this for my pre-op, but it has been indispensable post op when it is difficult to get in enough protein when you can only drink between a 1/4 and 1/2 c. at a time. I also use the unjury chicken soup. Quite nice. Hope this helps and good luck!

I drank and still drink premier protein. I also liked Nectar powders-they have a lot of clear liquid protein flavors. I only tried one of the Unjury drinks and that's because it was free-it was good too. I started my liquid diet 10 days prior so I would have a good start on what was to come (no food for a couple of months). The only advice I can give is that it does get better as time goes on but your mindset has to stay focused to stay the course.

I'm a big fan of GNC's Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60. 92 calories per scoop, 20 grams of protein, about 2 carbs. I've been using it for over 3 years and still like it.

I use cellucor protein powders. Love the mocha chocolate...25 g of protein..low sugar & carbs. Available on Amazon & I have found good deals on samples on eBay.

Good luck!

My surgeon requires using their brands for the pre-op and for a while after post-op, so I've tried Bariatric Advantage, Celebrate and Unjury. I like the Bariatric Advantage in Orange Cream and the Celebrate in Deep Chocolate. The Unjury Chicken Soup was pretty good if I needed something savory, but I don't use it often.

Premier Protein RTD in chocolate or vanilla. Costco sells them for about $25.00/case. I still drink a protein shake for breakfast every day.

Everyone has different tastes so you'll have to find one that agrees with you. Good luck!

We got another case recently that is lumpy- ugh. I think I am done buying them. This makes me sad too, as they have been my go to shake for years now.
