Welcome! Three months, six months and one year from now you will be AMAZED at the transformation.  I promise you it will happen.  Follow your surgeon's plan as closely as possible and the results will be miraculous.  This is the best journey I've ever taken.  Please keep us updated and keep coming here OFTEN for encouragement.  It really helped me.  It helps to pick 2-3 people who have stats similar to your own who are one-year out from surgery and who have succeeded in reaching their goal.  Keep in touch with those individuals and you will soar.  Best wishes!
