Happy New Year, everyone.

I made it thru the party without too much altercation.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - turkey and mushroom crepe, ham and meat balls and pecans (at the party)

Dinner - chocolate toffee pie and carrot cake (also at the party)

Snack - maybe some rotissary chicken if I feel the need for another meal this evening.  I haven't had that much protein today, so maybe I'll add another meal.

water - good

vitamins - on track

exercise - only 2,300 steps so far today.  I'll try to get that up a bit.
