I'm sleeved & needs some reccomendations

My sleeve was Monday the 8th as well!  I'm loving wonton soup without the wontons and strained.

Try adding an unflavored whey protein powder to your foods or beverages. If you have a blender, make your own protein shakes using the powder, unsweetened almond or cashew milk, greek yogurt, & ice and flavor it with a sf syrup or a tblsp of a sf dry pudding mix (like pistachio, vanilla,  chocolate or cheesecake).
