Next weekend . . . . . .

Hoping to get an "almost" after photo with my sis and cousin one year later (original 6/27/15 at 292).  

Down to 159 but going slow and steady with the last 19 lbs.  FEEL so good that i'm amazed what a difference one year and my tummy tool have made.  

Having my surgery 7/1/16 you look amazing, you inspire me!

thanks bundles.  very few have seen the before because silly me never thought i was gaining over the last ten years . . . .was totally convinced there was just a problem with me and cameras!  

the surgery was/is a super blessing.   enjoy your journey to an even healthier YOU!

thank you!  didn't think i'd even get this far. . . back when i first had my surgery.  amazed at how time has flown.  oops . . . should have left out the "only" . . . .actually don't even want to lose more. . . .  hence the slow and steady.  

the only regret i have is not IMMEDIATELY shutting down negative people.  now, i just tell them to shutty their mouth (actually i just use a super-potty mouth to silence them).

Great job in the last year. You look wonderful.

thank you!  ah, the hangy stuff is a challenge . . .  .but at 58, only hubby and doc will see it . . . . so i just tuck and smile  . . . and ever thankful i work in pathology so i can wear my scrub-jammies!

Starting weight buddies!! You look amazing! I hit my 100 pound lost mark on Sunday, so you're "beating" me by a mile (I said "beating" because it's not a competition, of course). Keep up the amazing work!

doesn't it feel great?   i even bought bathsuits!!!! and getting to wear dresses that only cost $12 . . AMAZING!   clothes are sooooooooo much cheaper . . . . 

*and for normal people the word should be bathing suits
