I started using the multi vitamin patch day 1 after surgery. I compared the nutrition charts for what I would have to take if I went with the recommended chewables with chart for the patch. The 1 patch more than met the requirements, so I bought it. I have just had my first labs and they are great! Hope this helps!

Very legit in my personal experience. Prior to using them I was always very low in iron, d3, and a random smattering of others. No matter how much I supplemented I couldn't seem to ever get the iron up high enough to get me out of the anemic range. I started the patch and had my labs drawn either 4 or 6 weeks later (can't remember exactly now). Anyway, they came back steller- especially my iron. Not only was it in the normal range, but in the mid range. D3 came back just barely on the low side. Everything else was perfect. And that was even with my forgetting some days to use the patch, and I only put it on once per day. On average I would remember 4-5 days per week.

Had my labs drawn a few times since, and they have looked really good. I have added the calcium patch (although out at the moment) along with the multi patch.

In another forum, we have posted results- same thing every time. It is bringing up levels in areas that are a little low. This seems to be true for both Rny and sleeve, although please know I am talking maybe a total of 20 people. Not a legit research stat in other words :)
