The opportunity for weight gain after I had my lap band removed on 9/20/2016 was there, but I managed to only gain 10 pounds prior to my pre-op diet. Glad you're doing better. It won't be long before we're over this sucky period and get on to real food!

Congratulations!  You're doing great!

I'm going for surgery on Feb. 1st (RNY but the surgeon said he would do a Sleeve if it looks like my body would do better with that once he's "in there").  I start Optifast in 11 days and will be on it for 3 weeks. I can't wait to get started!

Have fun getting in more activity, lol.

Hi l'm  sunny had sleeve 1213/16 yes I was happy to start on some solid  food but feel  hunger so adding more  protein  starting exercise  this week

Hi Sunny, great on starting exercise  I start today doing stuff other in addition to walking. 

being in food is challenging to get all my protein in. I am doing it, but eating so little made me figure out quick to be picky on food choice and go high protein, low sugar and carbs. I really miss veggie right now, but know I will get there in time.

Hi it's  been awhile since last login in here  but still struggling  with the  exercise  part but let do walk need some motivating or a buddy  weight still dropping  down to 230  appetite  is low but let still try to maintain  my eating  drinking more shakes  when looking feel hunger you between  meals will return to work this week and that will be a challenge  plan to bring own food for meal  how  r u doing?
