Up early by choice again, boy I like the quiet house. I'm meeting with someone today who wants to talk to me about a job. I have no idea what job, so this should be interesting!

I'm going to start adding a 4th "meal" to work towards maintenance, so I guess I'll start calling them M1, M2, etc.

M1: Premier Protein and Coffee

M2: Going out for this job talk, probably a salad topped with protein and I'll eat the protein

M3: Dannon L&F w/ PB2 and 1/2oz of almonds

M4: Pulled Pork and veggies

E: Legs and shoulders w/ my trainer

I always enjoyed weekend mornings when I was the first to wake up and had the house all to myself for a few hours. This hasn't happened in years now, it's so rare that I get the house alone! (But this week? Woo! Since Art is on travel and Lance works in an actual office outside of the house, SO MUCH ALONE TIME!)

I'm pretty afk at the moment to get my school work done by end of day on Thursday since I won't have time with the weekend schedule. I made great progress yesterday and finished up my "hard" class for the week so today I'll finish up week 1 for "how to be a college student." I've also got my boob mashing appointment (aka mammogram) to make sure everything is fine before my upcoming mastopexy.

Exercise went well yesterday. Lots of modifications needed for yoga and pilates, but it was great. I had increased swelling, as my surgeon had warned me about, but it's all resolved now that I'm awake. My poor muscles are definitely feeling it after a 6 week break. DOMS in my thighs and upper arms. Today for exercise, since it's already gross out, I plan to walk around some of the big box stores next to my grocery store before going to the store for a veg for dinner. It's not the best exercise, but it's better than nothing! And this is the best time to walk around clothing stores since it's stupid to buy anything.

Because Jon works from home I'm never in my house alone. Jon started getting up early with me, but I hope he continues to out and ride because I like the quiet alone time. The last time I was completely alone in our house was the beginning of June when he went to Fairfax.

Good morning!

Hit the 100 lbs lost mark this morning. It is coming off really slow now, but at least it is coming off. The goal I set for myself in the beginning was 180. I am so close to that.

Congratulations! Huge accomplishment and it's such a pretty number, isn't it?

Surgery: April 30, 2014: HW: 288 SW: 250 Achieved Goal 149 lbs: April 8, 2015 CW: 158 lbs (working on losing 65 lb regain as of June 1, 2021. Weight was at 215 lbs). Fighting every darn day!
