I only have planned today is support group tonight. They meet every two weeks.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna and cottage cheese

D Boston butt pork shoulder and coleslaw

S sf chocolate pudding made with fairlife milk

Hi all. Gwen, I'm sorry it's been so rough. Hopefully over the next few days the rash will clear up and all of this will be an unpleasant memory as you head off to surgery.

I had some minor dental work this morning. Still numb so waiting to eat, drink, or talk basically. Seems overkill for almost all of my face to be numb for one tiny filling.

Ahhh, its finally cool in my house! So thankful for the air conditioner lol! Had errands to run first thing today, including the dreaded DMV because the license plate fell off of hubbys motorcycle yesterday as he was driving home..was so happy that there wasn't a line and I was in and out fast (that's almost unheard of around here). About to head out to meet the delivery truck next door at our shop.. they're bringing a trailer load of pipe for us.

B premier caramel in decaf coffee

L leftover sirloin steak

D bbq pork chop

Vitamins and water in. Not sure about exercise other than walking.

Hump Day here in Australia ........ Busy night last night with chores and getting organised. Went shopping at Costco as my mum needed a few things. Dropped them into her on the way home from work.

B: Savoury mini pancakes with cream cheese spread

S: Babybel Cheese

L: Pork Meatballs (bought from Costco last night) with BBQ Sauce

S: Chobani Yoghurt

D: Roast chicken with Coleslaw

Scales up .88 this morning from yesterday - cursing fluid retension but just keep moving forward

I made the mistake of rushing through my lunch today (grilled chicken) as I had a lot to do at work. Man did I pay for that for almost 4 hours. Still surprises me at 11 months out that I would have the foamies issue. Lesson learned.

B: L&F Greek yogurt with bran buds, coffee

L: 3 oz grilled chicken 1/4 cup steamed broccoli

D: turkey enchilada skillet

S: protein bar

E: dunno, if my stomach feels better maybe a short walk

What started as my day off, ended up about half a day as I got a panicked call to come in if I could because the full-time assistant was out sick. Was sleeping in, so only 2 meals today lol

Brunch: Dannon L&F w/Fiber One, coffee w/H&H and xylitol

Dinner: Smoked pulled pork and grape tomatoes

Water and vites on track...a little behind my usual fluid intake but will still end up with 86 oz, so not bad

Very late in the day, but I rarely miss! I made it to D.C. without incident and in fairly good time too! We had a great hike at Great Falls Park, which isn't too shabby after waking up at 3:15am!
