Final reconstructive surgery update!
That is definitely my hope! I mean, I know there's a small chance I'll need revision or something in 10 years, especially if I reach my ultimate goal weight, but that's like a 10% chance.
Someday I might want a facelift, but that seems like an even lower chance.
