Hello fellow losers

Here is a smoothie recipe I made myself and it is absolutely delicious...

 

16 oz fair life milk 13 grams of protein per cup...26 grams of protein

2 cups chobani yogurt ( fruit flavored) 11 grams per 5 oz cont. 22 grams protein

1 scoop very berry plant based protein mix 15 grams protein plus tons of other benefits

2 individual serving cups of egg white beaters 11 grams per 4 oz container 22 grams protein

blend to a perfect smoothie

chill enjoy over ice

 

each 4 oz serving packs 10 grams of wonderment of protein goodness.

 

For those of you who cannot tolerate whey protein, please try the very berry plant based its absolutely delightful.

Sometimes these are the perfect answer during or after weight loss. However,  be aware you can drink a lot more than you can eat.  We only absorb X amount of protein a day so those calories are not necessary in one meal.

Absolutely. I only drink 4 oz of this as recovery after a workout. I use all fat free ingredients, and it's a great recovery fluid. Thanks for your reply. I just recently increased my exercise routines to moderate, bringing increased sweat volumes. I'm glad I have you all to stick with me.
