I always thought it was when you reach you're goal & maintain it for a certain time but then most of us went on our way until we hit a road block & brought us back here to our starting point I guess.

:(156lbs can't get this weight off I'm in so much pain everyday due to 3 back surgeries. I'm always hungry now so much hunger pain.

Exceptional Answer. We got busy again with LIFE AND ITS AWESOME. Im back and have tons to share. Its a good forum people really care. When i had my surgery done i was completely alone at the hospital. I only had those from the forum to talk to before and after no matter how brief. People take time out and answer and listen and i appreciate.

IM IN THE PROCESS OF UPDATING AND ATTACHING MY LIFE THUS FAR AFTER GASTRIC BYPASS. Keep watch. Im just hoping to return the favor a few million times:)
