     Hi everyone!

Im new here, and looking to chat with people about their journey.

    A little about me:

Im in the process of starting my own WLS journey at the age of (almost) 34. I've been overweight for as long as I can remember, and have a Ph.D. in dieting. However, I haven't figured out how to just keep it off--hence, years of yo-yo dieting have brought me to where I am today. I had a baby almost a year ago, and I think she's helping me see that there is much more to learn about living. My husband has been very supportive of my efforts over the years, and this is no exception. He does get a little nervous about surgery (he's terrified of blood, needles, etc.), but I know he will be there for me.

Anyway, hope to meet you all soon!

I feel great! I love the feeling of being able to see food and not eating it beacuse is just there. That was my biggest weakness but know I do not pay attention to it.  I wish you the best!! Sending positive vibes your way
