Jst wanted to say that I am new to this website. Doing alot of research and thinking about the VSG as my surgery of choice. Please add me, I need all the positive support I can get.

Welcome aboard... we are all learning.. and I think even after the surgery most of the post-ops are still learning..

My Psychologist recommended a few books if you are interested I will be more than happy to share what they are..
