I keep a bag of unshelled peanuts in the house, salted. I suck on the shell, then break open and eat the peanut. I have a small handful and that satisfys the craving.

Blue Diamond Roasted Sea Salt almonds - they give me my crisp/salt/chip fix daily, and add great fiber and good protein.

I love soy nuts. Locally I can find the plain roasted with salt, but online I have found different flavors.

Very filling as well and a pretty high protein count.

I was told no popcorn until 3+ months out with VSG surgery.  But be warned, you can fit A LOT in.  MUCH more than you think. Measure out your portion beforehand or you will take in many more calories than you probably want!

Another option is Sour Dough Pretzels.  Costco sells a large plastic jar of them - 105 calories for 5 medium sized ones.  I find it a great evening snack when I'm cozied up on the couch.

Of course, if you are watching carbs, there aren't as many choices.  A lot of people like pork rinds.

Revision from Sleeve to DS (with re-Sleeve) on 10/10/17. Slow and steady ...
