Soy crisps.  Genisoy has cheddar, ranch, sea salt and garlic/onion flavor.

If you can control yourself then nuts can be good.  Specifically almonds are a good choice.  I love pistacios because I have to shell them so it takes longer.  But I did good with almonds and I think I may go back to them in moderation.  Edaname is pretty good also.  I'm not really sure what foods your sleeve tolerates vs the pouch of an RNY.

Given my lack of self control    until just recently I'd probably say I should just sprinkle a little salt on my lip and chew on that. lol.  But since this is all about "lifestyle changes" I would suggest whatever you try just make sure its in "moderation" and that includes chewing on your lip.

I started slow.  I'm talking maybe 6 or 8 almonds when I first started eating them.  Of course now 2 years later I'm sure I could eat a full serving but I find that just a few satisfies me.

I would stick to Nuts if you can tolerate them. You are too early out for popcorn. I didn't eat it until I was about a year out.

I make chips out of Kraft parmesan, asiago, and romano blend. It's in a shaker just like powdered parmesan cheese, but it is shredded. Put parchment paper on a cookie sheet and measure them by small tablespoons. Bake at 350 till they look dry and golden brown. 4 is a serving (1/4 cup). They totally give me my chip fix.

Also, I eat celery with PB2 (powdered peanut butter). I love this one too!
