Good  morning!  No idea what the day holds in store for me, so I'll take it as it comes.

B - coffee so far and another protein coffee - had chunks in it - grossss
S - some chips
L - a small amount of ribeye steak and veggies from last night
S - some chips
S - 2 beers
D - 1 piece of pizza and a glass of wine (I dropped the 2nd one - so I figured it wasn't meant to be..)

Water: - Low - I can tell I'm dehydrated and been trying to drink all day...

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

Good Morning! I am taking a much needed day off from working out. But I'm running up and down stairs stripping sheets and towels and doing laundry, so I'm not sitting on my butt all day either.

Having DH's family out for a gathering later, that's always fun because they are MO and always make crappy comments to him about his weight loss, and have not said one word to me at all. Oh well, I always make the best of it, and my family is super supportive of both of us! Hope everyone has a great day!

B: 12 oz coffee w/1 scoop GNC protein
S: Carbmaster yogurt
L: 2oz chicken breast
S: 1 scoop GNC protein shake
D: 2oz grilled pork chop, 1 or 2 asparagus
S: 1/2 slice strawberry cake

Cal: 589, Fat: 10, Carb: 32, Prot: 91
Water: 4 cups so far, Vitamins: 1/2 done, Exercise: None

S:   One egg scrambled with a sprinkle of cheese and hot Mexican salsa.
S:   8 oz diet ocean spray cranberry joice.
L:   1/2 Labrada high protein shake in chocolate ice cream.
S:   Kraft 100 calorie cheese bites, cheddar.
D:   1 large hard-boiled egg, whites only.
S:   1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese.
S:   1/2 Labrada high-protein shake.

Totals:
Calories-  727
Fats-  34            
Carbs-  26      
Protein-  90   
Fluids- 35 so far.

Pills:  Omeprazole, colace, multi, calcium done.  Omega 3, biotin, iron, B12 still to do.

Got in vitamins and drank a protein shake on the way to church. Got home ate two egg rolls and watermelon. Had a shake at 3pm and for supper about a dozen boiled shrimp with sauce and chocolate ice cream. I need to get my third shake in but I think it will be at bedtime before I will feel like drinking it. Got a new MP3 with a touch screen that I can plug into my car radio.....loaded it up with tunes so my day was spent on the puter and I lost track of time. Well see ya tomorrow.
